Cut the Money
WhatPeopleAreSaying02_Cir_sm.jpg - 24011 Bytes
Dear TIA,

I was reading the What People are Commenting, and came across the M.K.'s call for Traditional Catholics to protest.

I am afraid it will take more than protests to stop the abuses of Rome. There are too many laypeople who either don't know or don't care. I think it would take a grass roots approach to build the numbers of Catholics, and it would take people refusing to contribute money to the churches. Only when the money stops flowing into Rome's coffers would Rome listen. Unfortunately, when one looks at the actions of priests, bishops, and our current Pope, it would appear that they don't really believe in the faith, but look at it as part of their "jobs."

And of course, the first thing is recourse and reparation to Jesus and the Blessed Virgin Mary!

     Yours truly,

     M.R.

TIA in Pakistani Languages

Faith cometh by hearing and hearing from the Word of God" (Romans, 10:17).

Dear Brother in Christ,

Greetings from Pakistan,

I am N.A. from Pakistan. I have studied your website, and I found it the most wonderful site to get right to the True Word of God. I found that all your material is full of knowledge concerning development of religious faith.

Living in Pakistan we Christians have to face many obstacles to get the access to the Word of God. Most of the people in Pakistan are not capable of understanding the English language and they are hungry for the God's words. It's because our national language is Urdu.

My suggestion for you is to create your material in my language of Urdu and Punjabi also. It will bring lots of blessings of the Word of God for the Pakistani and Indian Urdu and Punjabi speaking people.

For that purpose I as a translator will bring your material into Urdu languages and into Punjabi language as well. ... As a translator I will take the expenses that you will be spending just for the Word.

"There is nothing more precious than to read and listen the Word of God in your own language."

     Sincerely,

     N.A.

The editor responds:

Dear N.A.,

Thank you for your kind words regarding our website. They are an encouragement for us to maintain and intensify this fight for the restoration of Holy Catholic Church, for the glory of God and the Virgin Mary.

We grant you the requested permission to translate to both Urdu and Punjabi the topics from our website that you consider to be suitable for the spiritual and cultural needs of your people in Pakistan.

The responsibility for such translations, however, would be all yours, since we do not know your languages. Also TIA does not have conditions to finance the expenses of such translations or to maintain a Pakistani website. As we understand your offer, you would sponsor such expenses. If this is so, we welcome your idealistic and generous project.

We will be glad to be of any assistance for your noble efforts. So, do not hesitate to ask and we will do our best to help you.

We pray to Our Lady of Good Success to make your initiative flourish and give bountiful fruit for your selfless labor.

     Cordially,

     Atila S. Guimarães

Pre-School
WhatPeopleAreSaying02_Cir_sm.jpg - 24011 Bytes
Dear TIA,

Thank you for posting the article The Home-or-Career Dilemma for a Mother. It reaffirms my belief that my child needs me more than a preschool setting. As a former classroom teacher I almost gave in to the peer pressure as most of his friends will attend preschool this year (at age 3) in order to prepare them for the state sponsored VPK program that the State of Florida has put in place for 4-year-olds.

His experiences at home will not be the same as in a structured classroom, but that is ok. And even though he may not speak a foreign language, write in perfect cursive script, or correctly identify all of the root vegetables by the age of 4, he will still be my loveable sweet-natured son with the freedom to stop and explore the world around him.

St. Pius X's Prophecy
WhatPeopleAreSaying02_Cir_sm.jpg - 24011 Bytes
Dear TIA,

I have been intrigued and concerned about a prophecy alleged to have been spoken by Pope St. Pius X, especially since the election of Pope Benedict.

My question is, is it authentic? Can it be verified?

The prophecy, as I understand it, is as follows: Pope St. Pius X had a vision of a future Pope fleeing the Vatican over the bodies of many Priests. Please note how this dovetails with the Fatima vision of a Bishop dressed in white. Pope St. Pius is said to have gone on to say that that Pope would be a namesake of his. Again, notice that he did not say whether this namesake Pope would share his Papal name, or his given name. His given name, as you know, was Giuseppe, which is the Italian form of Joseph or Josef. I don't think I need to spell it out any further. It may be Christian Charity for someone to say to Benedict XVI, "Thou art this Pope."

So, you can see why this question may be of some importance. Can this prophecy be verified as authentic?

Thank you for your consideration, and the vital work you do.

     Pax Christi vobiscum,

     J.M.

PS: If this prophecy is authentic, can you find and post a version of it in his own words? Thank you, again.

TIA responds:

Dear J.M.,

Thank you for your kind word about our work.

Unfortunately, we have not heard about such a prophecy of St. Pius X. This does not mean, of course, that it is not authentic.

We are posting your questions online, asking our readers to send any supplementary information that they may have regarding such prophecy. We ask that they direct responses to us, so that we will have a more detailed report on this interesting topic. Any substantial data will be forwarded to you and posted.

Collection on Vatican II
WhatPeopleAreSaying02_Cir_sm.jpg - 24011 Bytes
Greetings TIA,

Would it be possible to ship to us future volumes, as they are published, of Mr. Guimarães 11-volume set? To date we have all that have been published (the latest being Will He Find Faith?).

It would save us both time as we definitely want the full set. If this is acceptable, please let me know. I guess you could enclose each bill with each book to save on postage, or if you prefer, just bill us in advance of shipment.

Please keep up the good work, and know that your reward awaits you all.

     Yours in Christ the King,

     D.G.

TIA responds:

Dear D.G.,

We thank you for your interest and the strong support your request represents.

However, to publish all of the volumes of Mr. Guimarães' collection is a long and laborious work. Hence we cannot give the full schedule now for the publication of seven remaining volumes - even though they are already written in Portuguese.

TIA plans to publish the next volume in 2008. It will be the 11th volume on the clash of the progressivist concept of Church with the Catholic and traditional concept of the Church. It seemed to the Author and to TIA that this will be the most timely volume to publish next.

These are our difficulties and our present plan. According to our policy, we cannot accept payments from customers for non-published volumes. As long as your name is on our mailing list, you will certainly receive our catalogue advertising the next volume. Please let us know if your address changes.

Also, any reader who would like to be added to our mailing list, please send us an e-mail with your name and address.

Why Doesn't AngelQueen Criticize the Conciliar Popes?
WhatPeopleAreSaying02_Cir_sm.jpg - 24011 Bytes
TIA,

I read the comments about Angelqueen and have to agree with the writer.

My observations:

1. John Grasmeier "Servitum" on AngelQueen has set up his site to scan and replace the word "sedevacantist" with "BLEEP" which indicates a lot about his petty mentality.

2. John Grasmeier does research on Fr. Malachi Martin however he will not do this same depth of research on John XXIII, Paul VI, John Paul II, and Benedict XVI to determine if they are valid Popes or not, which is far more important than Fr. Malachi Martin, as far as Catholics are concerned.

3. AngelQueen appears to have a little group that drives anyone away that brings up difficult issues. There was one poster thor76 who posted on sex problems in the USA, and he was attacked even though he often supplied evidence. I think it is likely that John Grasmeier "Servitum" has several user accounts to make it appear there are others who agree with his views.

4. I would think that the SSPX would be ashamed of being associated with AngelQueen.

Bottom line is that AngelQueen is a distraction that does not serve to educate Catholics on their History and Faith.

I agree with C.C. that we should boycott Angelqueen.

     God bless,

     M.T.

Mason Popes?
WhatPeopleAreSaying02_Cir_sm.jpg - 24011 Bytes
Dear TIA,

Do you believe that Paul VI and John XXIII were freemasons? If not, please provide proof, and if so, how can you accept them as Popes?

Yours in Christ,

     T.M.

burbtn.gif - 43 Bytes

TIA responds:

Dear T.M.,

There is a sound principle of Natural Law accepted in the Laws of all civilized countries which is that the onus of proof falls to the accuser. This applies to your problem. If you think that these two Popes were Freemasons, you should set forth the evidence.

Once the evidence is submitted, we will evaluater its merit.

Let's not, however, invert the rules of the fair and logical procedure regarding accusations. Do your part first, and then we will answer your second question.
