A democratic Bergoglio takes a bus for his Lenten retreat
It is Sunday, March 9, 2014, a little before 5:00 pm. Pope Bergoglio exited the bus, above, he took from the Vatican to the city of Ariccia, where he participated in some days of Lenten retreat. Besides this egalitarian approach, he also refused any transportation between the road and the House of the Pauline Priests, where the retreat took place. For the inauguration ceremony of the retreat in the Chapel, after the recitation of Vespers, Pope Francis also turned down any special place for him as a Pope and sat in a common pew among the other participants, below.
Thus, Bergoglio continues his show of "humility," which is nothing but a re-birth of the doctrine of the Fraticelli - those old communist Franciscans duly condemned as heretical by Pope Boniface VIII.
