Testimony to the Moral Attitude
of Catholics in the Philippines

People Commmenting
Dear Friends,

Recent news reports are telling how Filipinos face a potential two-child per family policy. The Philippines parliament will vote January 16 on a controversial bill proposing the limit.

This is the worst news so far and it is a horrific way to start the new year. I was in the Philippines last March for the funerals of my maternal grandparents. My mother is the oldest of ten children and my father comes from a family of eleven. I knew when my grandparents died last year that it would mark the end times because even Catholic Filipinos are giving in to the immoral ways of the West as a result of Freemasonry that was brought over by the Americans when they colonized my country in the early 1900's. It is now very difficult to find married couples who are faithful to God and self-sacrificing like my grandparents. Sadly, my country is not as Catholic as you think it is.

Every time I visit, relatives, friends, and even strangers ask me if I will still continue to have children. I have five now and yes, if our Lord and God will bless me with more, I am more than happy to have as many as He pleases to give us. Praise be Jesus Christ now and forever!!!

When I was there in March, I went to Latin Mass with my mother and uncle in Quezon City at the Church of Our Lady of Victory of the SSPX and they had a large banner that they hung outside the Church walls, pleading with Filipino citizens to defeat this population-control measure which the government tried to pass last year. The SSPX priests and faithful in the Philippines even held a public rally to protest this bill.

I asked if the local dioceses took action to defeat the bill which in the past, pro-life rallies were usually staged to defeat pro-abortion measures and were successful. But this time the local hierarchy have failed. Let's face it, since the Vatican promotes Religious Liberty on an international basis, then what is the use of the Catholic Faith if the Roman Catholic Church is put on the same equal footing as all other religions?!

Six years before my grandparents died, they told me that many Filipino Bishops are Freemasons. That is no secret! So don't be surprised that since Vatican II, many Filipinos have become apostates, including my own relatives. It is the same story in my native country. Our churches and basilicas have been gutted, most priests do not and will not wear their collars or habits; the rule in most religious orders have been thrown out the window along with Traditional Catholic doctrine and devotion; the Charismatic movement dominates in most cities and towns; the Muslims from the south can be seen all over the country (and are multiplying because they don't practice birth control); immorality is rampant, sodomy and the transexual, homosexual (you name it) lifestyles are acceptable and widely practiced; Protestant and Mormon missionaries are mushrooming in every corner of the country; incest and molestation inside family circles are on the rise but are swept under the rug, illegal child labor and prostitution are common fixtures in cities; and many women are using contraception and after two or three children, tubal ligation is the norm!

What is left of the Catholic Faith? Let's see. In 2001, I was staying in Baguio City, the summer capital, and I went to Mass at the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes. Lo and behold, the old priest in his sermon was praising Buddha and said that Buddha was very 'Christian' in the way that he treated others. I am sure that this priest was ordained in the old rite but has become pagan in thought and practice, and to him, it's Catholic!

You will find in many Filipino homes statues of Buddha resting on separate 'altars' with incense and fruit opposite the family shrine of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The Catholic shrine is for protection and the Buddha shrine is for good luck and prosperity! Oh, and I forgot these 'altars' have to be arranged in a certain manner according to the laws of Feng Shui. Don't want the positive energies to escape the rooms!

Paganism, the Occult, superstition, Buddhism, Hinduism, Secularism, Communism, Freemasonry, Liberalism, Feminism, Witchcraft, etc. are all mixed in with Catholicism and what does this amount to? Modernism. Modernism as defined by Pope Saint Pius X is the synthesis of all heresies!

So, how does a common, average Filipino define a Traditional Catholic? After Latin Mass that morning, my mother and I had brunch and I had some black tea with milk. I had to be hospitalized for heart palpitations due to the tea and so I was admitted at the nearest hospital. A nurse took my vital signs and asked me some basic questions. My mother, a registered nurse, answered most of them for me. She told the nurse I had five children, I'm 33 years old, etc. My nurse was quite surprised that I had 'so many kids' for a woman my age and assumed I already had my 'tubes tied!'

My dear Mom came to my defense and exclaimed that, 'My daughter is a very Traditional Catholic!' and that, 'She even wears a veil to Mass!' Way to go, Mom! Remember the SSPX church is just around the block from this hospital. The nurse was satisfied with the information and replied, 'Oh, you're a Traditional Catholic! Oh yes, we have some of those around here.' Uh, hello, should I have some kind of sign hung around my neck with a cow bell or shall we inaugurate a Roman Catholic Wax Museum!!

That basically spells the state we're in and it explains why this bill isn't receiving much resistance because artificial birth control is common practice.

This should not surprise us when we remember that Our Lady of Good Success made this prophecy to Mother Marianna de Jesus Torres in Quito, Ecuador in the 16th century:
"As for the Sacrament of Matrimony, which symbolizes the union of Christ with His Church, it will be attacked and profaned in the fullest sense of the word. Freemasonry, which will then be in power, will enact iniquitous laws with the objective of doing away with this Sacrament, making it easy for everyone to live in sin, encouraging the procreation of illegitimate children born without the blessing of the Church. The Christian spirit will rapidly decay, extinguishing the precious light of Faith until it reaches the point that there will be an almost total and general corruption of customs. The effects of secular education will increase, which will be one reason for the lack of priestly and religious vocations..."
Pray the Rosary and do penance! Go to the traditional Mass and complete the First Friday and First Saturday Devotions according to the request of Our Lady of Fatima. Consecrate yourselves and your families to Her Immaculate Heart and to Her under the title of Our Lady of Good Success. Finally, stop going to the New Mass and take your children out of the secular and diocesan schools.
