Outage Dry Run & France’s Consecration

Spiritual Comfort

Dear TIA,

Thank you for all that you do for Holy Mother the Church. You clearly love the faith. Keep it up!

I’m sorry to say that I haven’t donated in a long time. As a self-imposed “punishment” for my laxity, I pledge $400 by years end. First installment has already been donated.

It’s a comfort to know that my donation will be used to support TIA in its endeavors.

     S.M.

Outage Dry Run? Accident?

TIA,

On July 19, 2024, a considerable part of the world was affected by a global outage in Microsoft. Read below.

Was it an accident? Or are the globalists preparing to shatter the weak electronic empire they built, cause universal chaos and make the survivors sink into Tribalism?

     T.H.

FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) — A global technology outage grounded flights, knocked banks offline and media outlets off air on Friday after a faulty software update disrupted companies and services around the world and highlighted their dependence on just a handful of providers.

The trouble with the update issued by cyber-security firm CrowdStrike and affecting computers running Microsoft Windows.

But hours later, the disruptions continued – and escalated. ...

Australia is particularly affected by outages

While the outages were being experienced worldwide, Australia appeared to be severely affected by the issue. Disruption reported on the site DownDetector included the banks NAB, Commonwealth and Bendigo, and the airlines Virgin Australia and Qantas, as well as internet and phone providers such as Telstra.

National news outlets — including public broadcaster ABC and Sky News Australia — were unable to broadcast on their TV and radio channels for hours. Some news anchors went on air online from dark offices, in front of computers showing “blue screens of death.”

Hospitals in several countries also reported problems.

Britain’s National Health Service said the outage caused problems at most doctors’ offices across England. NHS England said in a statement said the glitch was affecting the appointment and patient record system used across the public health system.

Some hospitals in northern Germany canceled all elective surgery scheduled for Friday, but emergency care was unaffected.

Shipping was disrupted too: A major container hub in the Baltic port of Gdansk, Poland, the Baltic Hub, said it was battling problems resulting from the global system outage.

Marquise de Maintenon & Sacred Heart

Dear TIA,

JMJ

In the excellent article entitled, St Louis de Montfort: Doctor, Prophet & Apostle for Today’s Crisis, we learn of the pious Madame de Maintenon who “secretly married King Louis XVI & helped him to die well”.

Would you have any insight into why, given her good Catholic influence on King Louis XIV, he paid no heed to the message from St. Margaret Mary Alacoque given on June 17, 1689, to consecrate himself and France to His Sacred Heart?

Would the message (see below) have been relayed to him by his confessor, Fr. François de la Chaise, who is understood to have secretly married King Louis XIV and Madame de Maintenon?

“Make it known to the eldest son of my Sacred Heart, that as his temporal birth was obtained by devotion to the merits of My Holy Childhood, so he will get his birth to eternal glory by the consecration which he will make of himself to my adorable Heart, which means his triumph, and through it, to the great of the earth. I want My Heart to reign in his palace, to be painted on his standard and engraved in his arms, to make him victorious over all his enemies, and by placing at his feet these proud foes, to make him victorious over all enemies of the Holy Church.”

Thank you very much and God bless you,

     A.K.P.

TIA responds:

Dear AKP,

Thank you for your compliments on the article St Louis de Montfort: Doctor, Prophet & Apostle for Today’s Crisis by Prof. Plinio.

In order for our readers follow your question well and our answer, we will make a brief resume of the facts.

St. Margaret Mary Alacoque wrote three letters in the year 1689 to her Mother Superior, urging that her message should reach the King. In the third letter, she even advised the best means for realizing this plan, mentioning Père de la Chaise, the King’s confessor who at that time enjoyed great favor with Louis XIV.

Was the request sent to the King’s confessor? It seems probable that it was since the Mother de Saumaiser, the Superior of Margaret Mary, would have known how to reach the court of the King.

So, we do not know whether the King made a private consecration of himself to the Sacred Heart, as the first part of the message asked, but omitted the second part – the public consecration of all France – or he omitted both.

Likewise, we do not know the reach of Madame de Maintenon’s influence over the King regarding this topic. We do not know even if she was aware of that request.

Be it as it may, the King did not make a public consecration of France. Almost a year and a half after the apparition of June 1689, St. Margaret Mary died at the age of 43 on November 17, 1690.

Had King Louis XIV fulfilled that request, there would have been reverberations throughout the Catholic world, for he was the greatest Monarch in Europe, and the other Catholic Kings would likely have followed his example.

However, instead of the glorious victory Jesus Christ had promised with the fulfillment of that simple request, the History of France took an opposite direction. Exactly 100 years after Our Lord appeared to the St. Margaret Mary on June 17, 1789, to ask for that consecration, his successor King Louis XVI was stripped of his legislative authority by the revolutionary Third Estate, which took it on behalf of the National Assembly. Three years later, the King was formally arrested. Shortly afterward the National Assembly abolished the Monarchy and declared the First French Republic.

During his imprisonment, Louis XVI secretly consecrated France to the Sacred Heart and made a vow to publicly do so should he be freed and returned to the throne. But it was too late. On January 21, 1793, Louis XVI was guillotined on the Place de la Révolution, today Place de la Concorde.

This is our insight on this topic, which you requested.
