The Price Paid for Permissiveness
With few restraints against immodesty at home, coupled with the promotion of sex education at school, the young teen is now exposed to the satanic sewer line of sexual promiscuity. The toleration and touting of homosexual behavior at a time when a young teenager is going through a hormonal change is certainly a dangerous time for any youngster brought up in a God-fearing family.
A consequence of this implicit or explicit acceptance of homosexuality in a Catholic family is an invitation for its vulnerable adolescents to look for illicit encounters with same-sex partners. This lethal sin is made attractive by legal and social acceptance of a hedonistic society that constantly craves new experiences to satisfy the demon of sexual lust.
This unnatural seeking for sexual gratification, like that of drug and alcohol abuse, may easily become addictive and lead to a trap almost impossible to escape...
Consider the fact that numbers of adults, teenagers and pre-teens have already become enslaved to the easy access of computer pornography. People with no propensity for same-sex sexual relations can become permanently ensnared by constant online exposure to the promotion of homosexual activities. These illicit anti-natural encounters will lead inexorably to dreadful physical diseases and the ultimate perdition of the immortal soul.
The practice of homosexuality brings down on the soul a chastisement of darkness that cuts off sanctifying grace and casts a veil over the vision of God. We read in Romans the sentence for such action:
"And in like manner the men also, leaving the natural use of the women, have burned in their lusts one towards another, men with men working that which is filthy, and receiving in themselves the recompense which was due to their error.
"And since they liked not to have God in their knowledge, God delivered them up to a reprobate sense, to do those things which are not convenient. Being filled with all iniquity, malice, fornication, avarice, wickedness, full of envy, murder, contention, deceit, malignity, whisperers, detractors, hateful to God, contumelious, proud, haughty, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, foolish, dissolute, without affection, without fidelity, without mercy. Who, having known the justice of God, did not understand that they who do such things are worthy of death; and not only they that do them, but they also that consent to them that do them" (1: 27-32)

Why was the ancient city of Sodom completely destroyed? Through generations of homosexual iniquity, the male population of Sodom was transformed into an atavistic mob of lusting predators. Homosexuality was a satanic plague that infested the city of Sodom like a cancer and brought down upon the heads of the inhabitants their ultimate destruction by fire and brimstone.
We read in Genesis: "But before they (the two angels) went to bed, the men of the city beset the house, both young and old, all the people together. And they called Lot, and said to him: Where are the men that came in to thee at night? Bring them out thither that we may know them." (19:4-5)
Remember, the entire city of Sodom was destroyed. That included those inhabitants who out of human respect willfully pandered to the homosexuals by tacit acceptance of their lifestyle. Their city was destroyed because of their cowardliness.
Parents, do not think that your school-aged children have not already figured out having same-sex partners is a safe way to enjoy sex. Once the emphasis for sex shifted from the procreation and the education of children to the pursuit of self-gratification, we truly opened Pandora's box, and released an evil on our young that will kill both their bodies and their souls.
The power of example
Women have always played a decisive role in the family unit. The man orients, provides and protects, but the woman has to translate the general orientation the husband gives to the children, helping him to form their characters.
By their behavior, many women today have lost sight of the fact that their purpose for life is to bring into the world children of God and teach them to know, love and serve the Creator. It is not to be the instruments used by Satan to lure men and children into the cesspool of anti-natural sins.
I believe that the woman who deliberately dresses to titillate others by the exposure of her body is providing an occasion of sin for others and creating for the young a favorable environment of permissiveness toward natural and anti-natural sexuality. She will be accountable before Jesus Christ at her particular judgment for the souls that have gone to perdition because of her bad example.
Our Lady of Fatima told the three seers that most souls are condemned to Hell because of the sins of the flesh. Whatever sophism we use to fool our conscience does not change the reality of a sin of impurity in the eyes of God. Nor does it change the inevitable consequence of eternal damnation for an obstinate refusal to correct oneself.
St. John Chrysostom
I close with this impressive warning of St. John Chrysostom to women:
"You carry your snare everywhere and spread your nets in all places. You allege that you never invited others to sin. You did not, indeed by your words, but you have done so by your dress and your deportment and much more effectively than you could by your voice. When you have made another sin in his heart, how can you be innocent?
"Tell me, whom does this world condemn? Whom do Judges in court punish? Is it those who drink the poison or those who prepare it and administer the fatal potion? You have prepared the abominable cup, you have given the death-dealing drink, and you are more criminal than those who poison the body; you murder not the body but the soul. And it is not to enemies you do this, nor are you urged on by an imaginary necessity nor provoked by injury, but you do so out of foolish vanity and pride."
