Mt. Etna, AI Robot & Desert Prophet
AI Robot More Intelligent than Men
Dear TIA,
Sam Altman, one of the gurus of the Artificial Intelligence, affirms that the present day ChatGPT is already more intelligent than any human in history…
So, we have it. A new type of super-angel is present among us to be adored.
Who is this super-angel if not Satan himself?

Prophet Crying in the Desert
TIA,
I've read this article before entitled please Don't call Protestants Christians and I agree wholeheartedly...
However, you make it clear we're not to follow and we are to condemn anyone who does not follow the tradition or the teachings of the Catholic Church. So am I to stand apart from the Roman Catholic Church, from the orthodox, from it seems everyone these days, because they have all compromised.
I follow God in Christ primarily, not the church who has masses and solidarity with LGBTQ, female alter girls, all kinds of things going on here locally where I am. Even the Eastern Orthodox now with their Greek Bishop baptizing the children of gay couples.
Is there any visible Christian church left? Am I sinning if I participate in a church that is heretical and disobedient to the clear teachings of God and his word?
I don't expect you to answer and you probably won't even read this. I find myself like the prophet in the desert standing alone crying, Lord there are no others... He tells me there surely are... But I think if they truly are believers they are also coming apart and being separate, having nothing to do with this world or what presents itself as Christianity these days.
Maranatha.

TIA responds:
Hello P.B.,
We are glad to hear that you agree with our article Don't Call Protestants Christians and that you desire to follow the true teaching of Christ.
The confusion you report is not only reaching you but countless Catholics today.
We are indeed in the middle of a great crisis in the Catholic Church. Her enemies have infiltrated her and are trying to destroy her. But, we should never abandon our Mother. Some members of the Church – Pontiffs today – are working to destroy her. This, however, does not mean that we should abandon her; we should stay within the Church and recover each inch usurped by the enemy. Countless saints have given the good example of staying in the Catholic Church, even when they must endure scandalous Prelates. When sent into exile by a council of jealous prelates, St. John Chrysostom courageously spoke these words to his followers:
"Many are the waves, and threatening are the storms which surround me; but I fear them not; for I am standing on the Rock. Let the sea roar: it cannot wash away the Rock: Let the billows mount as they will; they cannot sink the barque of Our Lord Jesus Christ. And tell me, what would you have me fear? … Believe me, O man, there is no Power like the power of the Church. ... The Church is stronger than heaven itself. … Be not troubled at what has happened [his being sent into exile]. I ask this favor of you - be firm in your faith." (The Liturgical Year: Christmas, Volume 3 by Dom Gueranger)
These words sound even clearer today in our current crisis in the Church.
To face the growing storm of confusion that you and all of us sailing in, we should look at the Star of the Sea to find orientation. She never fails to assist those who have recourse to her.
We advise you to pray the Rosary, read St. Louis de Montfort's True Devotion to Mary, and after due preparation consecrate yourself as a slave of Jesus through Mary.
Then, as faithful Catholics of the Church Militant, we are called to fight. It is not enough to pray, we must resist the evil that has entered the Church. We recommend that you read the following articles to help to clarify the situation Catholics find themselves in today:
We do not recommend attending the New Mass or Novus Ordo, as it has a flavor of heresy and can cause you to accept ideas contrary to the teaching of the perennial Magisterium of the Church (see here and here). Instead, try to find a traditional Latin Mass in your area.
Eastern Rite Catholic Churches are also a solution, as long as they are in communion with Rome. However, in many of these rites, progressivist Vatican II liturgical changes have also been introduced to adapt to the Novus Ordo spirit, so you must be careful in your choice.
We hope these considerations are helpful to you.
Cordially,

Ave Maria!
Having read from TIA's newsletter the details of Mt. Etna's spectacular eruption – 4 miles high – I wanted to draw your attention and that of TIA's readers to the influence of our sun and its activity as the trigger for such violent volcanic eruptions and that of earthquakes, made all the more serious and dramatic in our time as earth's electromagnetic field weakens and our poles shift.
One can become acquainted with solar flares, the data, of what it portends and what it causes, here in these archives.
I keep such space weather news accessible and have begun checking these concise brief daily reports here – packed with information each morning – finding it utterly fascinating and informative as a reminder of God's larger creation - a very active world outside my little sphere.
As I do, I muse over what Science is tracking and describing as definitely fitting into our warning of "fire from heaven." The more I listen to these briefings the more I wonder if this phenomenon was not what was demonstrated at Fatima by Our Lady and Our Lord as a warning with The Miracle of The Sun, both with the unknown colorful lights in the atmosphere and the frightening fire from the sun as witnessed and recorded that day in 1917!
With what these scientists and observers of the solar system predict, it also fits with our belief in the inevitability of an unprecedented Chastisement in which the living, as we have been forewarned, will envy the dead. While these scientists acknowledge such an epic ending cataclysm indeed is coming, they have no means of defining when this scary culmination will happen since the speed and indeed the acceleration can only be observed. Neither can it be stopped or altered, being beyond the control of Science.
I think such variables are determined by God's measuring of the sins as well as the atonement made thereof.
As has been said more than once in many ways, we live "in interesting times" – especially with the hierarchy ignoring Our Lady's requests and the Consecration not being done as Heaven asked.
With the fire of Pentecost, I greet you. Let us rejoice! God made us for these times and is with us.
In Maria,
E.Z., Ph.D.
