The Covid Vaccine: 'Safe & Effective'?

The House of Representatives Official Report led by Col. Wenstrup investigated the government response to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Its 500+ page document details in great length the failures, lies, mistakes, and damage caused the lockdowns and Covid hysteria that swept the world during those manic years. Of all the controversy that exists over this dubious period in history perhaps there is no greater controversy than over the vaccines, their impact and their mandate.

A mass mania descended upon the world. Livelihoods were threatened for those who were vaccine hesitant, and media blared constantly about the danger the un-vaccinated posed to those who had lined up to take the shot. Headlines became reminiscent of 20^th century dictatorships scapegoating unwanted members of the population to distract from a regimes own failings.

Now, years later, the Official Report has delivered its verdict on the vaccines, the mandates and the madness that did irreparable harm to public confidence.

Vaccine politics

Media outlets immediately began demonizing
anyone who questioned vaccines

The Official Report begins the vaccine analysis by addressing Operation Warp Speed (OWS), the Trump presidency initiative to rapidly produce a vaccine for the supposedly rapidly spreading virus. The Biden administration would, in turn, unilaterally declare Booster vaccines available for Americans without them being approved by the CDC or FDA (pp. 305-306). Everything about the jab was fast tracked.

Col. Wenstrup believes the vaccine, and OWS saved millions of lives. While his official conclusion is that the vaccine was indeed widely effective in arresting the damage done by the Pandemic (p. 301), there are still many caveats that come with this cautious endorsement.

Safe & effective?

Pfiezer, one of the medical giants responsible for making vaccines, was given the permission to go forward with its product months faster than existing protocol allowed; the previous fastest approval for a vaccine took four years. Senior medical officials resigned over conflicting data that indicated severe side effects and risks while the public was paraded with vows of the vaccine being “safe and effective” (pp. 311-312).

As early as 2021 scientists were raising concern over the vaccine being linked to heart inflammation (pp. 306-307), but any such discussion at the time was demonized as a dangerous conspiracy theory in the rush to assure the public of its safety.

Scientists who expressed concern over the rapid development of a vaccine that lacked the standard lengthy safety trials were sidelined (pp. 312-322). The vaccine would be pushed forward regardless of risks, and an army of media talkers appeared ready to say anything necessary to scare, shame or cajole the public into lining up for their doses.

Mandates

The vaccines mandates ended careers and broke families. The Official Report concluded that the mandates requiring citizens to get vaccinated were actually more consequential than the vaccines themselves.

Scientific data & popular protests were ignored

The conclusion of the Official Report was stark: Vaccine mandates were not supported by science and were positively harmful to the well-being of the nation. While the Report supports the vaccines in principle, it is clear from its discoveries that they were neither as safe nor effective as the propaganda pounded into our heads pretended during those manic years The vaccines were rushed through, legitimate concerns were sidelined, alternative perspectives were positively demonized, and the harm done by vaccine mandates was enormous.

Yet despite all this there is one more damning piece of evidence: Pfizer, one of the primary beneficiaries of the vaccine mandates was actually involved in the government decision to issue those mandates (pp. 326-330).

The reality

Further notes from the Official Report reveal a treasure trove of information. Natural and herd immunity worked, yet our “experts” downplayed this reality in an effort to push further vaccination (pp. 330-335). Ivermectin is indeed approved for human use, yet this truth was labeled “misinformation” during a pandemic campaign to convince people it was only for cattle; a lie is still a lie regardless of intent (p. 300).

In review of the data revealed by the Official Report, we can see the frantic cover-up perpetrated by a government desperate to impose a revolutionary agenda at the expense of truth, decency and even human life. Dangerous vaccines were pushed through without proper vetting; the very pharmaceutical companies making the vaccines had a say in mandating that vaccination was required to function in society.

Scientists behind the scenes tried to raise their voices, but they were silenced. All the while very real risks about the vaccines were labeled conspiracy theories. At the same time as we were pounded day and night with the “safe and effective” mantra, those very “experts” knew this to be false. Those who were injured by the vaccines have been almost entirely ignored (p. 359).

It is not within the scope of this series to cover every point relating to the Official Report analysis of the vaccines. As might be expected, Wenstrup still believes the vaccine was necessary. However, he concludes that if we are to recover a high level of trust in our government, indeed in our society, we need to confront reality as it is, rather than making a habit of demonizing, scapegoating and lying.

As a last note we should contemplate a fact from page 351: The Report found that in the three years following the Covid Vaccine, deaths from vaccine injuries surpassed deaths from all other vaccines over the last 30 years combined.
