Official Report on the Pandemic - III

‘Trust the Experts’

Phillip Mericle
In late 2019 an alarmingly pathogenic SARS2-like virus showing the tell-tale marks of human tampering in the form of a Furin Cleavage Site suddenly appeared in the city of Wuhan, approximately 1000 miles away from the nearest naturally occurring SARS2 virus reservoirs. Wuhan is home to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), a virus research institute known for employing lax safety and containment measures; it also had just so happened to have expressed its intent to engineer just such a novel virus two years earlier.

The fact that such a virus should appear so suddenly in a city housing virus research institute so far from any potential natural origin with no sign of any infections occurring in between should, at the very least, raise questions. To date no animal host has been identified despite intensive searching. By contrast, previous viral outbreaks were always traced to wild animal populations, and that was with more primitive technology.

Fauci and Trump

Fauci, under both Trump & Biden, would lie to the American public

Given the above, it is surprising that the logical question of Covid-19 being a lab leak from the WIV was met with bristling attack. The very idea was deliberately condemned as a “conspiracy theory” from both the highest levels of the Coronavirus Task Force and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) itself: Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Now, years later, the truth begins to come to light: Simply put, we were lied to. As revealed by the official report of Col. Wenstrup, which we are analyzing, not only was the virus most likely to have originated in a lab, but a widespread conspiracy took place to cover up reality and mislead the public all over the world. The following is but one sample of the criminal deceit that took place during those lockdown years.

Politics over reality

As the question over the origin of the virus became entangled in Trump’s politics, it quickly became taboo in the scientific community to seriously consider the possibility of the lab leak. This stemmed not from unlikelihood, but merely because the hypothesis was proposed by President Trump. By the standards of the left anything even remotely associated with Trump must be rejected. This example of what some would call Trump Derangement Syndrome may merit its own analysis, but suffice it to say here that this sample alone shows our “experts” putting politics before reality.

In February of 2020, the “Proximal Origin” theory proposing that Covid-19 came from an animal host was officially endorsed in The Lancet (a prestigious British medical journal) and signed by 27 scientists. From there the theory became widely accepted.

Proximal origin paper

The paper claiming that Covid came from natural transmission would later face severe criticism

The signatories of The Lancet were well respected doctors, “experts” who claimed no conflict or interest. To doubt them was to be “anti-science.” Yet it turns out the letter kick-starting the rejection of the lab-leak theory was organized by none other than Dr. Peter Daszak, president of EcoHealth, the organization responsible for handling the US tax-payer grants that funded the WIV gain of function research. Dr. Daszak even sent emails to certain signatories urging them to reject the lab leak theory without it being traced back to him and EcoHealth. The claim that there is no conflict of interest in this seminal document is therefore false.

While some experts confessed in private that the lab-leak theory seemed legitimate (p. 24), others went on to collude amongst themselves that it would be politically expedient to reject the lab leak theory and embrace natural origin. Several others expressed private concern over the reputation of China and the level of international trust that would be damaged if they allowed the lab leak theory to be entertained (p. 25).

Dr. Daszak would go on to claim no conflict of interest whilst the Chinese Communist Party continued to pressure any scientists within its grasp to conform to its version of the story. Even the vaunted World Health Organization did little more than parrot the Chinese propaganda (pp. 182-185).

Fauci, Morens & the NIH

Dr. Fauci flatly denied that the WIV was engaged in gain of function research, then, quibbled over semantics when confronted with the fact that Wuhan was indeed enhancing viruses by all sensible definitions. Furthermore, the very definition of “Gain of Function” was abruptly removed from the NIH website the day the EcoHealth was reported to Congress (pp. 133-139).

Dishonest Covid email

Fauci’s staff caught deliberately misspelling ‘gain-of-function’ in an attempted evasion of FOIA inquests

Dr. Fauci’s staff would then go on to try to dodge Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests by deliberately misspelling search terms so that they could “honestly” claim that no such documents exist in their database (p. 140). This was done with deliberation, as there is no conceivable way that these particular misspellings could happen in the natural course of typing.

Dr. David Morens, another member of the NIH, failed to uphold his oath when he assisted Dr. Daszak in trying to obstruct the investigation into EcoHealth (p. 491) and knowingly instructed his subordinates on how to avoid accountability to FOIA requests (pp. 467-468).

Were masks, social distancing, lockdowns all lies?

Finally, we come to possibly the most degrading aspects of the Pandemic. Following the guidance of our doctors the world locked down. Masks became mandatory if you were to so much as enter an empty grocery store, and messages urging everyone to maintain a six-foot distance were everywhere.

KN95 mask

Science later determined masks didn’t work while social distancing was just made up

Social distancing
We were instructed to comply because it was in line with the “science.” It may come as a surprise to some, then, that most everything listed above was made up. Dr. Fauci, one of the greatest proponents of the six-foot “social distancing,” has admitted that this regulation was made up and adopted not because of any science, but because it simply sounded good at the time. Later the six-foot distance would be determined to have had no positive effect (pp. 198-204).

The story behind masking is nearly as bad. Not only did the mask mandates come down without any support from RCT trials (the best type of experiment for gauging efficacy) (pp. 207-211), but Fauci himself now has admitted that masks do not and did not provide effective coverage (p. 211).

Cochrane, the world’s leading institute for evaluating the efficacy of medicine, would determine in 2023 that even wearing the fabled N95 mask made, effectively, zero difference (p. 211). Masks didn’t work.

Would you trust these ‘experts’?

So the definitive conclusion is that our “experts” deliberately colluded to mislead the public. They made up information, suppressed valid alternative views, demonized dissenters, arbitrarily mandated faulty practices, attempted to dodge FOIA requests, and were caught deliberately burying data that was deemed politically inconvenient at a time when countless lives were at risk.

Remember this next time someone urges you to “trust the experts.”
